Sam relocated from Rhode Island to Charlotte in the summer of 2019 and immersed himself in learning how each division of Metrolina Woodworks operates - from delivery and fabrication to installation. These field and shop experiences equipped him with a valuable understanding of the needs of builders and installers and helped in his transition to Project Manager.

Sam thrives on the continuous learning his job requires, from staying updated on new products and building trends to new skills for his role. His desire for growth keeps him motivated and excited about future projects. He also gets energy from the diverse range of project scopes the company takes on. For Sam, collaboration - both in the office and with builders in the shop during the drawing phase - sets Metrolina Woodworks apart and ensures a great finished product for clients.

Outside work, Sam enjoys golfing, exploring local breweries, and attending sporting events. He never misses an opportunity to see the Patriots play the Panthers in Charlotte.
